- 5 Tbsp. almond flakes (unsweetened, brought them from Reformhaus in Germany aka natural store)
- 2 Tbsp. pumpkin seeds (optional)
- 3 Tbsp. plain yogurt (I used plain Greek yogurt)
- 3 Tbsp. maple syrup (or raw honey)
- 1 Tbsp. hemp (powder, optional)
- 2 Tbsp. coconut oil (melted, or olive oil)
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 800 grams blueberries (about 5 cups)
- 3 Tbsp. maple syrup (or raw honey, your choice)
- 1 tsp. canela
- 1 lime juice (small, optional)
