Great. Hoping they’ll be good cold. Didn’t find much difference between 8 and 10 minutes cook time.

I followed the spirit of this recipe and used yellow squash from my planter garden. I didn’t have panko so I used a little corn meal instead mixed with the bread crumbs and seasoned with garlic powder, onion powder, salt and pepper. It was just as delicious and would make both my recipe and the one as outlined again.

Delicious little snack. Didnt have seasoned bread crumbs so used plain and season myself as well as parmesan cheese. We wanted a crispier taste so air fried it for 10 min.
