- 2 tsp. arrowroot powder (or substitute cornstarch)
- 1/4 cup green onions (chopped plus more for topping)
- 2 heads baby bok choy
- 3 Tbsp. garlic (minced)
- 1 pinch salt
- oil (choice, for cooking)
- pure maple syrup (drizzle, to taste optional)
- 2 tsp. toasted sesame seeds (optional)
- 2 jasmine rice (servings cooked, or rice of choice use cauliflower rice for grain-free)
