First of all I swapped the bacon with ground sausage. I thought it turned out pretty good, but it didn’t cook as evenly as I would of hoped. Some of the crescent rolls weren’t completely cooked, but if I left the casserole in any longer the crescent rolls on the top of the casserole would of burned. I am going to try this again, but I think I am going to have to adjust the temperature and time to make sure it’s cooked completely all the way through. Cooking it in a convection oven instead of a traditional oven might also do the trick.
