Crepes with Spiced Honey Yogurt

  • 1 package crepes (frozen, 8 to 10 count)
  • 1 1/2 cups vanilla yogurt (Greek-style)
  • 2 tablespoons honey (plus additional, to serve)
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 pound strawberries (halved)
  • 2 tablespoons sliced almonds (toasted)
  • powdered sugar (to dust)

    Directions

    1. Heat crepes according to package directions. Mix yogurt, honey and cinnamon in a medium bowl.
    2. Melt butter in a large skillet on medium heat. Add strawberries and cook for 4 mins or until heated through.
    3. Divide crepes among serving plates. Top each crepe with strawberries and drizzle with yogurt mixture. Fold in half.
    4. Drizzle with additional honey. Sprinkle with almonds and dust with powdered sugar.
