Excellent. Great taste to crepe, perfect thinness in a 9 inch pan. Mine were cooking fast, more like 45 seconds/20 seconds each side on exactly medium heat. Used powdered sugar instead of other, about 1/4 c. Also whipped up fresh cream, drizzled homemade salted caramel over everything. Not as healthy as a green smoothie for breakfast, but what the h.

These turned out amazing!!!! Super easy :)
Great recipe! When we made them, we made about dozen of them. They were very nice and thin too! I added extra sugar, about a 1/2 of a tablespoon, making them more sweet than savory. Thank you!

Turned out amazing! It wasn’t very sweet, which was understandable, so I added about 2 more tsp and some cinnamon and nutmeg for added flavour, as I do for both pancakes and crepes. Great recipe!

Very rubbery and paper-ish, next time I think I’ll try adding heavy cream to the mix, not sure what I did wrong but I’ll try other recipes to see what works. I sprinkled cinnamon and powdered sugar on top as well as placed sliced bananas around them. For the inside I mushed strawberries and mixed them with 2 tps of sugar. For one of them I mushed some banana with maple syrup with the residue of the strawberries (very good btw). I recommend them.

My crepes turned out kind of rubbery, which is most likely user error because I’m no chef. However upon doing some research I found the explanation for this to be over mixing the batter, which activates the gluten in the flour. I only mixed until the lumps were gone! Many recipes have the ratio of 1:2:3 (1 cup flour to 2 eggs to 3 cups milk), which would require less mixing. Also, turns out letting the batter sit for up to an hour helps lessen mixing time, ensuring lighter fluffier crepes. Next time I’ll try that!

Absolutely delicious!! For me personally I prefer more berries and less of the cream filling so I'll make accordingly next time.
