- 1 lb. uncooked medium shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 2 cloves garlic (finely chopped)
- 1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper
- 2 Tbsp. i can't believe it's not butter! spread
- 2 stalks celery (thinly sliced)
- 1 red bell pepper (medium, finely chopped)
- 1 onion (medium, chopped)
- 1 tomato (medium, chopped)
- 1/2 tsp. dried thyme leaves, crushed
- 3/4 cup milk
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 pkg. knorr newburg sauce mix

Directions
- Spice up dinner tonight! Toss shrimp with lemon juice, garlic and cayenne pepper. Let stand 10 minutes.
- Melt Spread in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat and cook celery, red pepper and onion, stirring occasionally, until onion is tender, about 5 minutes. Stir in tomato and cook 1 minute. Stir in shrimp mixture and cook until shrimp begin to turn pink, about 1 minute. Stir in milk, water and Knorr® Newburg sauce mix and bring to a boil. Cook, stirring constantly, until sauce thickens, about 1 minute. Serve over hot cooked rice. Your taste buds will thank you for this.
