- 1/2 lb. sausage (either andouille or kielbasa depending on what you can find cut into rounds)
- 1/2 lb. shrimp tails (removed)
- 1 yellow onion (chopped)
- 1 green bell pepper (finely chopped)
- 1 cup chopped celery
- 4 garlic cloves (minced or grated)
- 14 oz. diced tomatoes (with liquid)
- 2 cups rice (uncooked)
- 4 cups chicken stock
- 2 tsp. worcestershire sauce
- 3 bay leaves
- 2 Tbsp. smoked paprika
- 3 Tbsp. Creole seasoning (Tony Chachere's, you should be able to find this at your local grocery store)
