Hard to beat this dish, and hard to do anything wrong to it . We added some sausage, and were a little confused about how the recipe said to use flour . The one tablespoon of flour in the ingredients is used twice in the recipe : once mixed into the vegetables, and once turned into a slurry for thickening . Thanks for posting this recipe!
