I followed the recipe as written. I was really nervous about it because I’ve never been able to successfully make hollandaise without causing the egg mixture to curdle, but this turned out perfect! The texture was smooth and creamy and the taste was really good. The mixture did foam a little bit when I mixed it, but the finished product was perfect! I would make it again 😁
