Came out great! Served with buttered egg noodles (feel free to omit butter; sauce is rich) as well as fake keto spinach fettuccine. Used 1 cup low sodium chicken broth instead of water and bouillon cube and next time will decrease to 3/4 cup. Same with the cream. Used a mix of mushrooms. Followed instructions exactly. Simple, rich and delicious. Oh, cut up a handful of cherry tomatoes to add acidity. Put in before the spinach. Try this!
