- 1 tsp. olive oil
- 2 red bell pepper (medium, yellow or green bell peppers, coarsely chopped)
- 1 onions (medium, chopped)
- 1 lb. boneless skinless chicken breasts (cut into 1-inch pieces)
- 1/2 cup green peas (frozen, thawed)
- 1 jar Ragu® Cheesy Classic Alfredo Sauce (or Light Parmesan Alfredo Sauce)
- 1/8 tsp. ground black pepper
- 8 oz. linguine (or spaghetti, cooked and drained)

Directions
- Heat olive oil in 12-inch nonstick skillet over medium-high heat and cook red peppers and onion, stirring occasionally, 10 minutes or until golden.
- Stir in chicken and peas and continue cooking, stirring occasionally, 5 minutes. Stir in Classic Alfredo Sauce and black pepper.
- Reduce heat to medium and simmer, stirring occasionally, 10 minutes or until chicken is thoroughly cooked. Serve over hot linguine.
