- 1 lb. boneless, skinless chicken breast halves
- 2 Tbsp. i can't believe it's not butter! spread
- 1/4 cup onion (chopped)
- 1 clove garlic (finely chopped)
- 1 pkg. knorr alfredo sauce mix
- 1 1/2 cups milk
- 1/2 cup heavy or whipping cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup fresh basil leaves (thinly sliced, or 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley (optional))
- 8 oz. pasta (your favorite, cooked and drained)

Directions
- Season chicken, if desired, with salt and ground black pepper. Melt 1 tablespoon Spread in 12-inch nonstick skillet over medium-high heat and brown chicken, stirring occasionally, about 5 minutes. Remove chicken and set aside.
- Melt remaining 1 tablespoon Spread in same skillet and cook onion, stirring occasionally, 4 minutes or until golden brown. Add garlic and cook 30 seconds. Stir in Knorr® Alfredo sauce mix blended with milk and cream. Bring to a boil over medium-high heat, stirring frequently. Reduce heat to low and simmer, stirring occasionally, 2 minutes. Return chicken to skillet and simmer until chicken is thoroughly cooked. Stir in cheese.
- To serve, toss sauce with hot cooked pasta and sliced basil. Garnish, if desired, with additional grated Parmesan cheese, ground black pepper and chopped fresh parsley.
