Delicious! I didn’t have any carrots but it made no difference as to how delicious this soup is! Will definitely make again!

Great recipe will definitely make again. Next time will add garlic and more cream for a richer flavor.

This turned out very delicious & creamy. we will make this again! we used Papinky mushrooms we collected in the fall and canned. i also used white button mushrooms. next time we will try some other ones.
