It turned out great. However the store I visited did not have the Great Northern beans so I substituted White Navy Beans. I’ve made this recipe in my instant pot and worked just fine. I used the saute mode first and then the soup mode once I added the other ingredients. Then I turned it off and waited for a few mins before adding the sour cream and heavy cream.

Very good! The only thing I would change is to add one more can of beans The flavor is great and it was easy to make I will make it again

This recipe is a great framework for an amazing white chili! I added jalapeños and fresh cilantro, used fresh garlic (4 cloves) and frozen green chilies to give it an extra punch. I can’t wait for chili season to get here so I can use freshly roasted Pueblo chilies. This is the perfect blend of spicy and creamy.
