Ingredients

4 SERVINGS
- 1 avocado (medium, ripe)
- 1 banana (medium, ripe)
- 6 dates
- 1 Tbsp. maple syrup
- 1 1/2 cups almond milk (creamy, Barista Blend)
- 1 Tbsp. cashew butter
- 10 pistachios
- 1 Tbsp. flax (ground)
- 1 Tbsp. coconut oil
- 1 pinch sea salt (optional)

Directions
- Blend avocado, banana, dates and flax in Cuisinart food processor, until creamy (dates don't need to be perfectly pureed).
- Add maple syrup and almond milk.
- Process in cashew butter and pistachios (pistachios can remain crunchy).
- Blend in coconut oil until mixture creamy, but textured with pistachios and date bits.
- Pour into ice cream maker and follow directions.
