    love the look & consistency. It doesn't taste like cheese but it is palatable. My 1 yr old likes it

    It turned out great. I ended up having more sauce than pasta which is great cause your can refrigerate the extra sauce. The only thing is I added a little over 1/4th a cup of nutritional yeast and some extra salt. Also good if you serve it with pepper.
