  • 1/2 cup coconut milk (we like the BPA free Ayam brand)
  • 1/2 cup coconut oil (melted)
  • 1/4 cup coconut nectar (light)
  • 2 Tbsp. butter (cacao, melted)
  • 1 Tbsp. lucuma powder
  • 1 Tbsp. psyllium husk (or lecithin)
  • 2 lemons
  • 1/2 tsp. vanilla powder (/extract OR 1 vanilla pod scraped)
  • 1/4 tsp. sea salt
