This was outstanding!! We made exactly as is. It didn’t even need the shaved Parmesan! So flavorful and loved the heat from the crushed red pepper

Fantastic soup! Used all these ingredients.
Adjustments:
Sautéed the veggies in dry sherry.
Added plain white beans as well.
Perfect with Parmesan popovers and light cucumber salad.
