This was a very easy meal to throw together. It was tasty, and I had all of the ingredients on hand. I added red pepper flakes and some extra Parmesan. Next time I’ll add some cherry tomatoes.

Soooooo good and easy to make! It took me around 20 minutes to make and it was filling/delicious. Will definitely make again. I used peas with pearl onions and it was a great addition.
