  • 400 grams pasta (tagliatelle)
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 onion
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 cup cream
  • 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1 cup white wine
  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese (grated)
