Quick and good. I will make this again. Perfect for any occasion. I use it for dinner when I didn’t feel like making a regular meal.

Really great recipe! I added 1 can of drained RoTel and about 2 tbsp more cream cheese. Very easy and tasty dinner that works well on-plan (THM) when using fried low-carb tortillas.

This recipe is a keeper! It was so wonderful! I used reduced fat cream cheese, ground turkey, and reduced fat shredded mexican cheese. When i cooked my meat I added a 1/2 finely chopped onion to it. I followed the rest of the recipe exactly! I served it at a party and got raves about it! No one knew it was reduced calories. Yummy!
