- 3 cloves garlic (– minced)
- 2 spring onions (/scallions– finely chopped)
- 3/4 cup sun-dried tomatoes in oil (– drained, finely sliced)

- 1 tsp. dried oregano
- 1/4 tsp. pepper flakes (red chilli, – or to taste)
- 1/4 cup fresh basil leaves (– roughly chopped)
- 1/2 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese (See Note 4)
