- 3 Tbsp. milk
- 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp. onion flakes (dried)
- 1/4 tsp. parsley flakes (dried)
- 1/8 tsp. dried dill weed
- salt
- freshly ground black pepper
- 16 oz. pasta (bite-size, bowtie, penne, or tri-colored spirals work well)
- 2 carrots (chopped)
- 1 cup broccoli florets (small, blanched)
- 1/2 cup black olives (sliced)
- 1/2 cup bell pepper (red or yellow, finely diced)
- 1/2 cup frozen peas (cooked)
- 1 large tomato (chopped)
- 2 rib celery (chopped)
- 1/4 cup onion (diced, red or green onion)
