I'm not sure if it's because I only had penne pasta vs macaroni but I definitely had 3x the sauce for the pasta i ended up with 😂 but it was pretty good.

Turned out great I used freshly grated Parmesan cheese instead with sharp cheddar. Only because that’s all I had on hand

For those wondering about substitute milk, i used oat milk and came out perfectly!

It turned out amazing I do not know about you but it had the perfect amount of sauce this was AMAZING

There seems to be way too much sauce for the amount of macaroni. May make again, but with more noodles!
