  • 1 1/2 pounds chicken breasts (you could use a whole chicken which I will do next time; just double the ingredients or adjust accordingly)
  • 1 box organic chicken broth (I used an individual 8 oz Pacific Natural pack from Whole Foods)
  • 1 chicken sausages (pack, optional, cut thinly, I like Bilinski’s all natural with very few ingredients, also from WF’s)
  • 1/2 cup coconut milk (canned)
  • 1 can tomato sauce
  • 1 asparagus (bundle of, chopped)
  • 1 teaspoon dried tarragon
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 2 teaspoons oregano (dried leaf)
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons sea salt (celtic)

    Totally yummy ... With some extras thrown in 🤗--> seasoned & browned the chicken first, added more flavor with various spices and increased the existing spices a tad. Once doctored, was something I will definitely make again!
