So good! I added a little cayenne pepper to give it some more kick. I also made some cilantro lime rice on the side which married with it perfectly (I'm not paleo or doing whole30)

Really good, good mixture of dry spicy rub and a wet juicy sauce to take the edge off.
I squeezed the limes in and on the chops and put the rines in as well to use the zest I overcooked the meat a little bit and it dried out the inside unfortunately. But all in all delicious

the sauce is my favorite part of it all. you can totally make this with chicken or even some shrimp! i didnt have chipotle or liquid smoke, which are the main spices here, but i had a chipotle lime seasoning i use for street corn and it came out great. there was a lot of sauce so i saved it in a jar for other recipes. will definitely make again
