Is a new go to for dinner. Will add less sun dried tomatoes next time but otherwise a fantastic dish!

Turned out so much better than I thought it would and my family loved it! Definitely will be making this again.

I thought it was delicious, I went back for a little more. I wish the sauce was thicker, that is the loss of a star. I used half the shrimp as only one eating and I can add more later so not to overcook shrimp. I tweaked a few things to my liking, less garlic, add mushrooms and pepper, could use a bit more Parmesan and butter. I only had macaroni on my shelf it was good but will be better on noodles;)

I improvised alot with this recipe. I didnt have any spinach or sun dried tomatoes, so I used cherry tomatoes and a tsp of tomatoe paste. I didnt have much parmesean cheese but used what I had with some grated coleby jack cheese. I also added some onions and red, green and orange peppers. It was delicious!

It was very delicious. I added raviolis as my pasta and it turned out great. Will definitely be making this again.

With definitely make it again. Since, my wife didn’t want pasta; I added zucchini noodles with spinach and dried tomatoes.

Made with some slight modifications - used diced tomatoes and a bit of prepared tomato sauce as well as sundried tomatoes. Also added some broccoli florets and snap peas. Didn't have heavy cream so I used 2 % milk which compromised the texture but thickened it up with a bit of flour.

This was delicious! So much flavor! We served it over angel hair pasta. The only thing we struggled with was thickening the sauce. I added a tablespoon of cornstarch and that seemed to help.
