- 225 grams chipolata sausages (pork, I used British Red Tractor stamped pork and black pepper chipolatas from Morrisons, chopped into bite-size chunks)
- 1 onion (large, peeled and chopped)
- 2 garlic cloves (peeled and minced)
- 10 new potatoes (baby, chopped in half)
- 8 3/8 cups chicken stock (made from water + 3 stock cubes is fine)
- 240 mL heavy cream (double/)
- 100 grams kale (chopped)
- 3 Tbsp. salted butter
- 2 slices bread (wholegrain, grated into breadcrumbs)
- 20 sage leaves (small)
- 1 pinch black pepper
- 1 pinch paprika
