I will make this again. I did not roast the asparagus but I will next time. I used white wine instead of broth, great choice. I also used garbanzo beans instead of cauliflower, another good choice. I didn't have time to stew it on she stove so I put it in the crockpot on low for 4-6 hours. Worked out pretty well.
