Loved this recipe. I halved the recipe and wish I had made more! Salted and drained the zucchini before cooking to get the water out and it turned out perfect.

Delicious!
I added shrimp and chose not to cook the tomatoes prior to adding them in. I liked that the fresh tomato juice worked into the sauce and added acid to brighten up the sauce. This was my first attempt at cooking zucchini noodles, and it was definitely a success.
