This turned out great! Everyone loved it, including the kids. Great flavor and it was pretty easy to make.

Added a little extra cheese at the end, very savory and satisfying meal for the whole family! Will definitely make it again!

Definitely a pleaser; everyone asked for seconds. I liked how the sauce came together; reminded us of something we might have gotten at Brio. Made with chicken instead of sausage. I added the flour but realized it wasn't needed with chicken. Would definitely make again. Maybe add some red pepper flakes when cooking the meat.

I made it without a blender and actually it still turned out pretty well. I also added a few extra varieties of cheese instead of just parm, I used some Romano and Asiago, that helped, but not required.
