I made this and I and my guest loved it. It was easy to put together. I also talked to my church for potluck. Was a big hit.

I made this tonight using ingredients on hand. Substituted canned diced tomatoes for fresh; canned kale for fresh; reg. coarse salt for Himalayan pink salt; chicken bouillon broth for vegetable stock. Even without using fresh ingredients my partner (who doesn't like soup) and thought it was delicious. I found it needed some extra cayenne to really bring the flavors together. Tasty and super easy!
