- 5 tsp. tamari sauce
- 3/4 tsp. paprika (smoked, sweet not spicy)
- 1 coconut flakes (packed cup raw)
- olive oil
- 15 sage leaves (fresh)
- sea salt (finely ground)
- 600 grams pumpkin (firm, I used butternut pumpkin, cubed*)
- 1 Tbsp. olive oil
- 3 garlic cloves
- 120 mL milk (plant, water or veggie stock)
- 35 grams raw cashews (soaked in boiling water for 30 minutes)
- 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 pinch chilli flakes (or more to taste)
- 1 Tbsp. nutritional yeast (optional)
- 1/8 tsp. ground nutmeg
- 1/2 tsp. salt (more to taste)
- black pepper (to taste)
- 320 grams pasta (your favourite, cooked, I used bucatini)
- sage leaves (a handful of fried fresh, optional)
