    Turned out really good! I used onion powder instead of onions because I don’t care for onions, then celery salt instead of celery because my hubby is a little pickier than me. It was very very tasty.

    this was soooo good! I doubled the recipe and cooked the potatoes in a pressure cooker with half a carton of no sodium chicken broth, then I cooked the veggies in the other half of the chicken broth in a large pot. When the potatoes were done I mashed them up with greek yogurt (instead of the sour cream) and stirred them into the veggies. For the roux (flour and fat mixture) I used coconut oil, maragarine and butter cause I didnt have enough butter, along with whole wheat flour. I added in 4 cups of 3.5% milk then added it all together. For seasoning I added himilayan salt, garlic salt, white pepper and black pepper. We didnt have green onions but we did add on bacon crumble and shredded cheddar. I cant get over how perfect this turned out! My whole family loved it

    this recipe was delightful I did add extra cheese sour cream and bigger pieces of bacon with chives on top and it just made it amazing! PS I did not blend I slightly mashed
