    Good, but kinda bland. I will carmelize the veggies first next time, and add more salt and pepper and hot sauce.

    this was soooo good! I doubled the recipe and cooked the potatoes in a pressure cooker with half a carton of no sodium chicken broth, then I cooked the veggies in the other half of the chicken broth in a large pot. When the potatoes were done I mashed them up with greek yogurt (instead of the sour cream) and stirred them into the veggies. For the roux (flour and fat mixture) I used coconut oil, maragarine and butter cause I didnt have enough butter, along with whole wheat flour. I added in 4 cups of 3.5% milk then added it all together. For seasoning I added himilayan salt, garlic salt, white pepper and black pepper. We didnt have green onions but we did add on bacon crumble and shredded cheddar. I cant get over how perfect this turned out! My whole family loved it

    this recipe was delightful I did add extra cheese sour cream and bigger pieces of bacon with chives on top and it just made it amazing! PS I did not blend I slightly mashed

    I've made this soup now twice. Once, exactly as the recipe directs. The other time, I replaced all diary and animal products with vegan items. Both times the soup was perfect. Highly recommend this recipe to anyone.

    Turned out great! I swapped ingredients to be almost vegan! I used butter. But next time I’ll try coconut oil. Still yum

    Simple and good. I felt it needed a good deal of black pepper in order not to taste too creamy. I only had half the amount of potatoes needed so I added 3 cups of frisée lettuce to make up the difference and get in some greens and found it worked well.

    Best I’ve ever made and SO EAST! I added a small amount of dry buttery mashed potatoes from Idahoan brand to thicken added shredded cheddar cheese and green onion., made a sweet corn bread.....deliciousness!!!
