This was fantastic! I ended up peeling a few too many potatoes to fit under the broth, so I added 8oz of water and a chicken bouillon cube to make up the difference. Other than that followed the recipe and it was a hit! Will definitely be making it again! :)

I am Irish so Potatoes are a Comfort Food. If you prep your veggies ahead this is So Easy. So Delicious...I Almost ate 2 Bowls!!! You have to put sour cream at the end. Makes it So Creamy. Don't forget the crispy bacon and green onions.

Delicious. Really easy to make. Great to make a big batch and put in the freezer for an easy meal.

Sweet creamy flavor. Forgot to sear the celery but let steep for 3.5 hours so it worked. Also chopped celery down into tiny cubes. Easy recipe to fiddke with.

This came out perfectly! Really great flavor! Hearty soup for winter dinners! We made a double batch and froze some for another night. It stores well and the flavor and consistency is very good after thawing!

This turned out spectacular!!!! I blended it up at the end to make it a super creamy soup. Other than that followed the recipe and it’s great

This was such a great soup!I have some particular eaters and the only thing the didn’t like was the celery. I expected that, otherwise they devoured every part of this soup 5 out of 5 in my house is next to never achieved. Added a bit of garlic powder and had to use onion powder because I didn’t realize I was out so either version would work!

Made this last night and it turned out great. I’ll definitely be making it again. It’s flavorful without being too heavy.

This is very good soup on a cold day. I have made it multiple times. I also add shredded chicken. Will Make again.

Turned out really good added 1/2 jalapeño bay seasoning and rosemary for added flavor but texture was perfect thick consistency. I will make this again.

Did not add one thing different from the recipe!! Absolutely loved it! I love soup and this one is amazing!!!!

I made the slow cooker recipe at the end of this recipe. It was fantastic! The only thing I added were some spices. So very yummy!
