- 1 lb. chicken breast (thinly sliced [or 2 cups chopped, cooked chicken – rotisserie chicken would be great here!])
- cracked black pepper (freshly)
- 1/3 cup basil pesto
- 1/2 cup low sodium chicken broth
- 4 oz. cream cheese (cubed [I always use 1/3 less fat])
- Parmesan cheese (for topping, optional)
