- 1/3 cup mayonnaise
- 1 cup frozen sweet peas
- 16 oz. artichoke hearts (cans, chopped, you could probably use 1 if you aren't a huge artichoke fan)
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes (halved)
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese (freshly)
- basil (for garnish, optional)
