- 1 Tbsp. garlic (minced 15 mL)
- 1 tsp. ground black pepper (5 mL)
- 1 box perogies (frozen, 907 g)
- 284 mL low fat cream of celery soup (CAMPBELL'S ® Condensed)
- 1/2 cup no salt added chicken broth (CAMPBELL'S ® Ready to Use)
- 1 cup salsa (250 mL)
- 2 cups baby spinach (loosely chopped 500 mL)
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese (125 mL)
- 1/4 cup sour cream (125mL garnish, optional)

While it certainly did not look appetizing, the salsa and cream of celery complimented each other to cream a flavourful broth for this. Would recommend going crunchier on the pirogies rather than the soft mush mine turned to
