- 1 cup mayonnaise (cup regular heavy, I prefer Hellmann's)
- 1/2 cup sour cream (+ 1 rounded Tbl. thick, such as Daisy)
- 1/4 onion (a small, cut into wedges, about a ½ of a cup)
- 2/3 cup grape tomatoes (well-packed oven-roasted, seasoned with salt, pepper, EVOO and a little thyme)
- 3 slices bacon (crisp-cooked lean quality thick, finely chopped, 1/3 cup nicely packed or just shy of a ½ cup unpacked)
- 1/4 tsp. spicy brown mustard
- 1/4 tsp. garlic salt
- 1/4 tsp. coarse ground black pepper
- 1/16 tsp. smoked paprika (sweet)
- 2 Tbsp. apple cider vinegar
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- 1/2 Tbsp. fresh parsley (minced, or 1 tsp. dried)
- 1/2 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese (fine ground, green can)
- 2 Tbsp. milk
- 3 Tbsp. green onion (sliced, I used 2, but it could stand to use a bit more if you like)
- 1/3 cup salad oil (such as canola or vegetable oil)
