I have made this a few times now and absolutely love it. Its great some nice crusty bread. I also have used meat tortellini and chicken stock and works just as well

Really good! Recipe doesnt specify fresh or dried tortellini. I cut corners and used dried - not great as it required a longer cooking time. Definitely try to use fresh.
