I took it to a party and with a couple of modifications it turned out great! Everyone said it was delish. I ended up using a 16 oz bag of frozen chopped spinach and about 3/4 cup of sour cream and about 1/2 cup,of light mayo. I also added about 3/4 package of knorrs "vegetable recipe mix" and a generous amount of salt to taste. I cut a hole in a crusty round loaf of bread and served it in there with bread and pita chips. Yum!
