This is a very filling and tasteful side dish. I added finely chopped onion along with the garlic, that was a perfect addition to an awesome dish.

I make it as a side at least once every two weeks now. It reminds you of an easier version of risotto.

Very tasty, creamy. Not quite as creamy as a risotto, but a lot less work. Used scallions instead of parsley for a little extra flavor.
