- 2 cups veggie (broth, or chicken)
- 1 1/2 cups pumpkin
- 5 cups squash
- 3 sage leaves (whole)
- 2/3 cup coconut milk (canned)
- honey (optional)
- 2 Tbsp. maple syrup (optional)
- apple (optional)
- pumpkin (optional)
- 2 tsp. lime juice (to taste)
- 1/2 tsp. sea salt (to taste, will depend on broth!)
