Added a little spinach to it. This was absolutely delicious and will make it again.

Delicious! Took a little longer to put together than I expected, but it was worth it. I subbed out chicken stock for “better than bullion” to add an extra level of flavor. But everything else I followed the recipe to a T. Added tip use at least a 2.5q casserole, no way would it fit in a 2q.
