- 12 oz. mushrooms (about 18 white button or baby portobello mushrooms, sliced)
- 2 cloves garlic (minced)
- 4 green onions (large, chopped)
- salt
- pepper
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 1 1/2 cups milk (I used skim)
- 2/3 cup Parmesan cheese (shredded, plus extra for garnish)
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley (chopped, plus extra for garnish)
