I used chicken broth instead of water and it was perfect. Love the recipe, very easy and simple but it was mouthful.

Good flavor used beef broth instead of water, thyme instead of parsley increased volume but I don’t think I added enough flour for thickening will try again

This was so simple and tasty! I added ginger and a whole onion, and used coconut oil instead of butter, and regular milk instead of heavy cream... will make again!

this recipe was quick and flavorful. the measurements are for 2 servings. i tripled the ingredients and substituted for bella mushrooms instead.

the soup was SO good. packed with flavor. I love the fresh mushrooms, garlic and onion! I did change things a little. I did use chicken stock instead of water and I also used about 3/4 cup. I like my soup thinner than that on the recipe. I also used 1 1/2 tablespoons of flour because I didn't want it super thick either. One other thing I added was a sprig of fresh thyme while it was cooking and then just removed the stem after it was done cooking. I will definitely make this again! delicious!
