- 7 oz. mushrooms (I used cremini mushrooms sliced thin)
- 2 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1/3 cup dry white wine
- 2 dashes Italian seasoning
- 1 tsp. lemon juice
- 1 tsp. flour
- 1/2 tsp. Dijon mustard
- 1 cup whipping cream (heavy/)

- fresh parsley (chopped, to taste)

We enjoyed this but it needed a bit more seasoning. I added crushed pepper and seasoned salt.

It was really easy to make and it was relatively cheap for such a good dish and lasted me a few days. I added spinach to mine.

I have to admit I was apprehensive about adding Dijon mustard, but this recipe was delicious! I used wild mushrooms and added fresh sage. I will absolutely make this again.

it was honestly amazing. I added more Parmesan cheese into the sauce, as well as some mozzarella. I might add aome spinach or broccoli next time.

Beautiful sauce! Had some great flavor. I added some chili flakes to get some extra heat in it, but that’s up to the chef!

AMAZING. I kept the mushrooms in when the flour thickend and used dry sherry as "dry wine". I also added a bit of instant vegetable broth, dried parsley and a hint of dried oregano with the cream and into the pasta water as well. Not even my fathers pasta was ever THIS good! Definitely making this again soon! 😋

A restaurant quality restaurant. Used home frozen mushrooms and substituted the mushroom tea for the wine.

Perfect! Easy to make with basic household ingredients. Added sautéed onions and peppers, which fed 6 easily. This one is a keeper.

Absolutely amazing, I had no white wine so I used pink moscato and the flavor paired so well with the mushrooms in the sauce

Absolutely delicious! I had to add a little pasta water to the sauce because it got a little too thick, and was just perfect! I will definitely be making this one again!

Really delicious, didn’t have white wine but chicken broth worked perfectly. Will make again definitely.

Sooo tasty & easy to make! Used chicken broth instead of white wine and also added spinach & onion! Definitely will be making this again soon!
