- 10 oz. mushrooms (cultivated, 224-280g // I like to use shimeji, shiitake and oyster mushrooms)
- 6 oz. penne pasta (168g // gluten free as needed)
- 3 cups vegetable broth (500-750ml)
- 1 Tbsp. nutritional yeast
- 1 Tbsp. soy sauce (optional can sub for 1/4 tsp of salt)
- 3 1/2 Tbsp. sesame paste (Asian)
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. rice vinegar
- 2 Tbsp. miso paste
