- 1/2 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp. honey
- 1 Tbsp. flat leaf Italian parsley (chopped)
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
- salt
- pepper
- 2 green onions (white part removed, greens thinly sliced)
- 1/3 cup red bell pepper (finely diced)
- 4 strips cooked bacon (crumbled)
- 4 cups mixed greens (or butter lettuce)
- lemon wedges (Optional:, for serving)
