- 1/3 cup heavy cream
- 2 Tbsp. capers
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 Tbsp. fresh parsley (finely chopped, for garnish, optional)
- 1 Tbsp. lemon wedges (thinly sliced, for garnish, optional)
- 8 oz. dry pasta
